ABOUT THE "COUNT ME IN" DEPOSIT
Planning trips and events can time consuming and confusing. We are dedicated, hard-working professionals who arrange the various components of your vacation, but also provide a host of other valuable services that save you time and money. Like most travel service businesses, we must charge a "COUNT ME IN" Deposit fee on all travel proposals to provide this outstanding service.
A Travel Agency is a very unique business. The better we do our job of finding the best fares and rates in all aspects of your travel and obtain the most vacation travel for your dollar, the harder we must work. Our "COUNT ME IN" Deposit is for the actual services we provide in performing this extensive research. The "COUNT ME IN" Deposit is a non-refundable deposit, but is applied 100% to your reservation's final payment if you book your travel with us within 7 days of receiving your quote. Once the deposit is made, we will provide quotes as required so you can make the best decision for your vacation investment. Offsetting specific expenses with a service fees allows us to provide you with quality service and helps us eliminate those who are just shopping. Most importantly, it allows us to spend quality time on those who are serious about booking a vacation with us. This way, we can continue to pledge that when you book with us, you will receive the excellent service you expect and deserve.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
The COUNT ME IN" Deposit is not refundable. If you use Crowning Touch Travel Pros to book your vacation, 100% of the deposit is applied to your reservation.
This deposit does not commit you to use our services. You may choose to book your vacation with someone else. Your deposit is non-refundable and will be considered compensation for our time to research and quote your trip.
The deposit is independent of any deposit required to book your vacation and cannot be applied to the vendor’s applicable deposit. It can be applied to the final payment only.
The COUNT ME IN" Deposit is requested and processed through PayPal.
Planning for group travel is different than independent travel, but still requires a COUNT ME IN" Deposit. Contact us to discuss group deposits and how payments should be made. This fee is also applied to independent travel proposals.
It is generally recommended to begin planning your trip six to nine months before you go, especially to foreign countries. While it is possible to start planning earlier, airfare pricing is not usually available before then.

Please be advised that all quotes are not confirmed until the required deposits are made to lock in the rates quoted at the time or proposal. Once we received your "COUNT ME IN" Deposit you will have a travel quote proposal within 72 hours.
